The property offers a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities to indulge with your friends and family.

Your Space

There are two bedrooms with well-appointed washrooms. The common area is a living room which can manage 6 guests comfortably and so is the dining room which can seat 6 guests.

Your Food

Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Crockery is also available for 6 people. Food can be ordered with our in-house cook.

Interaction With Guests

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. There is no separate driver / staff accommodation.

Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost. A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost

House Rules

The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proof when asked. This could be at the time of booking and upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
This property is not pet friendly
If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.
